Which temperature is the most adapted for your office?

Being in summer of 23 to 25 ºC with a humidity from among 45 and 60 % and in winter the fixed among 21 and 23 ºC and the humidity among 40 and 50%.
IDEAL temperature ACCORDING TO IDAE(Institute for the Diversification and the Saving) :
The IDAE recommends to fix the temperature of the air conditioned among 23-25 ºC and avert maintain doors or open windows to delete losses of energy that comports consumptions higher. Also it remembers that by each degree that diminishes the temperature of the air conditioned, increases in 8% the consumption of energy.

With all this information, could say that the ideal temperature in summer to guarantee comfort in an inner space, ranges among 23 and 27 ºC and in winter ranges among the 19 and 23 ºC , take that the difference of temperature with regard to the outside do not surpass the 12ºC, above these values produces a thermal jump that it can generate unrest and even affect to the health.
It is not recommended to program the air conditioned to a very low temperature, since if the difference of the temperature acclimatise and the one of consign (the programmed in the air) is tall , force to the squad , doing that it consummates more energy and generating a situation of fault of comfort.
The use of programmable thermostats help to achieve an ideal temperature, in addition to that improve the saving of energy and a more efficient use of the squads.
